Value is a big topic when people ask about these drums. Many times you see them listed on Ebay for way more then they are worth and more then likely it is a seller that does not know what they are and by appearance think they are worth a lot of money.

Realistically, the snare drums usually sell for between $20 and $75 (depends on the unique finish) and the sets sell for between $100 and $300 also depending on the finish.

Many times the drums look very similar to USA drum makers and that is because they were copying the look of Slingerland, Gretsch and Ludwig drums of the time.

Sound is also a big topic about these drums and I personally think they can sound pretty good with the proper heads, tuning and alterations to the interiors. They will not of course match the sound of their American version drums because they were built with an entirely different wood construction process.
