Woo Hoo whistle sound affect - Listen Here - Adjust your speakers
This cool sound afffect is worked by pulling the handle that is attached to the string. It takes some good strength to pull and when it is pulled an air chamber forces air on the out stroke and pulls air back in on the return. The two pitches can be changed by moving the tubes.
