Here is the property sales brochure for the selling of the business Drums, Ltd. and Franks Drums owned by Bill Crowden at the time of selling the store. A little history. Franks Drum Shop was originally owned by Frank Gault, then Maurie Lishon and eventually Bill Crowden who worked at Frank's Drum Shop. For those of you that did not know, Bill Crowden was married to Brooke Ludwig the duaghter of William F Ludwig II. The store was eventually sold to Guitar Center and the Wabash avenue storefront closed its doors forever in 1991. I personally went to the store a few times, but had drum shops closer to where I lived at the time.
